Your agreement
These terms govern use of this PinPilot installation, operated by PinPilot. Creating an account or using the workspace indicates acceptance. Read the Privacy and Cookie policies as well. Contact the operator before using the service if you need clarification.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and recovery codes private, and use an account you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for the people you invite. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Workspace roles
Owners manage their workspace and memberships. Admin, editor, reviewer and viewer permissions limit what teammates can do. Make sure invitations go to the intended person. Removing a member revokes local workspace access; it does not remove copies they may already have lawfully obtained.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant the operator permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the requested workflow. Have the rights, licenses and consent needed for text, images, logos, videos and destination pages. The operator does not grant rights to third-party article or image content.
Review and publication
You are responsible for checking copy, media, links, board selection and scheduling before approval. Approval applies to a saved version; changes need renewed approval. Publishing sends content to Pinterest, where removal and distribution are governed by Pinterest. Internal SEO checks do not guarantee ranking or results.
External services
Pinterest access depends on its rules, eligible accounts, granted scopes and developer approval. Google sign-in, email and optional AI depend on separate providers. Provider changes, rate limits, outages and credential expiry can affect features. Use those services in accordance with their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, harmful deception, spam, credential theft or unauthorized access. Do not bypass permissions, usage limits or provider safeguards. The operator may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with applicable obligations.
AI and imported material
AI suggestions and article imports are drafts for your review. Verify accuracy, rights and suitability before use. Automated suggestions may contain errors or similarities to other material. Do not submit confidential or personal information to an external AI provider unless you have authority and a suitable basis to do so.
Plans and payments
Current plan allowances appear on Pricing and Usage. Paid subscriptions are arranged manually with the operator in this release. Any order should state the price, taxes, term, renewal and cancellation conditions in writing. No automatic card payment or successful payment is implied by selecting a plan.
Availability and changes
The operator maintains this installation and its background services. The software does not promise uninterrupted operation, a service-level percentage, a particular publication time or marketing results. Material changes to a paid agreement should be handled under the terms agreed with the operator.
Ending access and deleting data
You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. Owned workspaces and local data are removed; teammates’ independently owned workspaces and already published Pinterest Pins remain. Deletion does not by itself refund a payment or cancel a separately arranged commercial agreement.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Responsibility for loss, refunds, disputes and any limits must follow applicable law and the commercial terms agreed with the operator. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The operator should identify the applicable contracting entity and any agreed jurisdiction before accepting paid orders.
Contact and updates
Contact the operator through the Contact page for support or questions about these terms. The displayed date identifies this version. The operator is responsible for notifying users of material changes where required.
